    Strategic Plan 2020–2030 Adopted

    Makerere University Strategic Plan (2020–2030) was adopted, emphasising global engagement, partnerships, visibility, and resource mobilisation.

    Mak@100 Celebrations

    Makerere University commemorated 100 years of excellent service to humanity in the provision of higher education, with celebrations commencing in 2021 and culminating on 6 October 2022. The centenary significantly expanded global alumni engagement and stakeholder participation, highlighting the need for structured university advancement systems.
