Advancement Office

Strategic framework

The Advancement Office’s work is guided by four strategic objectives aligned with the Makerere University Strategic Plan (2020–2030).

These priorities shape how we engage alumni, support students, strengthen the University’s reputation, and mobilise resources through partnerships and philanthropy.
